Novotel Banjarmasin Airport - Banjarbaru

Checked into Novotel for a short stay, and I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The proximity to the airport was a definite plus, as it saved me time and hassle. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

We loved the hotel's convenient location, as it is very near to the airport. The staff members were friendly, and they were able to speak Banjar, Bahasa Indonesia, and English fluently. The hotel's facilities were also great, especially the huge swimming pool, and the air was fresh and clean. we found the room's amenities to be excellent, as it included Bibles and Al-Qurans in the wardrobe, reflecting the local culture's religious-friendly nature.

Spent my Christmas at this hotel and loved every moment of it! the room was neat and tidy, with comfortable beds that allowed me to have a great night's sleep. the location was perfect, being just a stone's throw away from the airport, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. Another bonus was the free shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient.

The breakfast served didn't quite live up to my expectations, as there wasn't much variety offered. the staff could have been a little more attentive, as it took a while for them to replace the empty dishes.

This hotel is conveniently located within a short drive from the airport. Guests have enjoyed the resorts concept pool area and recommend taking time to unwind there. Cleanliness and friendliness are notable strong points, and the variety of vegetarian food at breakfast is appreciated.

Spent Thanksgiving at a hotel in Borneo , amazing experience! the breakfast was definitely the best part of the stay , fresh fruits, local delicacies, and delicious bread. the key location was really convenient , near the airport and there was a fitness center and pool on the premises. the staff was also very friendly, which made for a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

There were a few things that could be improved. the room had a weird odor and the air conditioning was not adjustable.
